Vance received his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and attended the University of Alabama School of Law before leaving to staff a statewide political campaign. After spending time navigating other successful campaigns and on staff in the Florida Legislature, Vance returned home to enter the private sector and joined Melvin Engineering in 2020, before joining PinPoint Results in 2023.
His Florida roots coupled with his experience in marketing, grant writing, communications, disaster preparation and recovery, and the political realm make Vance uniquely qualified to advocate on behalf of a large variety of organizations and other community stakeholders throughout the state.
Notably, Vance has been at the forefront of the Hurricane Michael recovery process, working with many community and government stakeholders to assist in securing over $100mm in cumulative grant funds throughout the Michael impact zone. Vance’s deep understanding of grant funding programs, disaster and non-disaster related, at the state and federal level allows for a comprehensive advocacy approach that leaves no stone unturned. As funding programs like CDBG, Resilient Florida, and FRDAP become increasingly popular among state agencies, access to this experience is vital for public and private partners throughout the state.
Whether through Legislative and Executive Advocacy or Grant Application Strategy and Development, Vance prides himself on his ability to work cohesively with multiple entities and diverse offices, bringing innovative problem-solving abilities to the table to produce positive results for clients.
