Bryan R. Cherry
Bryan R. Cherry is Vice-President of PinPoint Results LLC.
Bryan is a regular fixture in the halls of Florida’s Capitol representing client interests before Florida’s elected and appointed officials. Bryan began his legislative career working as committee staff in both the Florida Senate and Florida House of Representatives, concluding his public service following his role as Chief of Staff for Speaker Pro Tempore, Representative Marti Coley. During this time, Bryan gained extensive experience in a variety of policy and budget areas and built a solid understanding of the legislative process that he regularly leverages to advance the interests of our firm’s clients.
Bryan has extensive experience in the health and human services arena, effectively assisting Florida not-for-profit entities achieve their legislative priorities – be they appropriations or policy priorities. Bryan has extensive experience in drafting legislation as well as advocating effectively for the passage of priority bills and appropriations.
In addition to his extensive legislative experience, Bryan provides strategic guidance in the State of Florida procurement arena, both in identifying and developing procurement opportunities for clients of PinPoint Results who seek to do business with government. With a discerning eye for identifying and understanding the needs of government, Bryan effectively helps our clients build strong value propositions that resonate with state leaders. Bryan has knowledge and experience with Florida state government procurement policy and process and has effectively and successfully assisted our clients in winning multiple procurement opportunities in the areas of technology, health care, and transportation. Finally, in addition to his work with state government, Bryan is the lead consultant for PinPoint Results’ clients whose interests include work before the City of Tallahassee and Leon County Commissions.
Bryan is a member of the Florida Association of Professional Lobbyists, Wildwood Church of Tallahassee and the Florida State University (FSU) Seminole Boosters. As a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, Bryan resides in Tallahassee, Florida with his wife, Amanda, and their amazing son Austin.
